An Italian Agriturismo located in Salento, Puglia
Loosely defined as a farm-stay, The Aia grows the food for our farm-to-table Southern Italian restaurant right here in Southern Italy. Located on 5 acres, surrounded by neighbouring vineyards, just down the road another 12 The Aia cultivates another 12 acres for a total of 17 acres.
Thanks to the olive trees, fruit trees, and on-site garden, our Southern Italian restaurant offers a dynamic menu based on the principles of farm-to-table in addition to the olive oil, marmalades, and homemade scrubs we produce. With free range chickens, a garden, and farm to table restaurant, we hope you’ll enjoy an authentic Southern Italian Agriturismo experience.

OUR MENU
The menu changes from day to day- but the heart of the menu is always intrinsically related to its Salentini- Agrarian roots.
BRUNCH
Served daily from 8:00-10:30am
Join us for an American-style brunch. Did someone say French toast and bloodies?
LUNCH
Served daily from 13:00-15:00
Enjoy a summer afternoon under the almond tree for shade because summers in Salento are hot.
DINNER
Served daily from 19:30-22:00
Soft lights, candles, music, and food so good you will come back for more because dinner at the Aia is something enchanting. Our dinner menu is seasonal - we don’t have a fix menu so please contact us for more information.

Want to spend a lazy day lounging by the pool, soaking up the Southern Italian sun? We don’t blame you! Bring your friends and enjoy a crisp, dry white wine cooled and big table spreads.
TAKE AWAY LUNCH SERVICE
With all respect to panini - Italians have pasta and pizza down but they do not know the art of sandwiches. We create gourmet sandwiches brown bag style to not have to deal with summer lines at the beach and take away brown bag lunches. The summers in Salento are fun, filled, packed, lots of light, lots of heat and lots of people. Skip the lines and go straight to the good life with sun on your skin, sand under your feet, and one of the Aia’s gourmet sandwiches in hand. Don’t forget the smile!
