New Year's Resolutions: At the Aia
2020 has been a strange year for all of us: lockdown, job changes, mask wearing, social distancing, and not to mention a complete stop to the tourism sector and life as we know it. Here At the Aia, we locked down in March and slowly experienced a welcomed revival of guests in August and September. Nonetheless, with 2021 on the horizon, we are hopeful that better times are ahead. Read on to find out some of our New Year's Resolutions At the Aia and get ready for exciting times to come. We have poolside dining, day wellness packs and other fun surprises we're cooking up for the Spring 2021.
New Year's Resolution #1: Poolside Dining at the Aia
That's right, this coming year, we plan to have poolside dining available At the Aia. Enjoy farm-to-table cuisine and delicious Apulian cuisine in your bathing suit. After lunch, you can luxuriously daze by the pool enjoying the summer sun, which can last up to 10 hours at the peak of the summer solstice. What about a poolside aperitivo at sunset? All the while you will be enjoying your meal or aperitivo on tables made from olive tree trunks.
New Year's Resolution at the aia #2: Poolside dining + Wellness pack
Pair your poolside lunch with a wellness day spa package, where you can choose from an accupuncture treatment, a massage, yoga class, all of which can be combined in different ways with a lunch menu by the pool. Or choose from one of our special Spring 2021 packages.
New Year's Resolution #3: Keep up the summer concerts + dinners
This year we put on several live music and dinner under the olive trees events where guests could enjoy a several course meal by candelight with different local musical guests. We had a blast and we know our guests did too. Great food, great company, and great music, what more could you ask for on a balmy summer night in Puglia?
We are cooking up a whole lot of other surprises, which hint, hint, could include a forno di legna where we hope to offer cooking classes and dinners. But stay tuned we will reveal the other resolutions slowly but surely as the year unfolds.
