Have you tried glamping yet? Here's why you should!
So, you've heard of BnBs (and, hopefully, you have heard of OUR BnB), but have you tried glamping? Glamping means glamour plus camping. No longer do you need to sleep on a mat on the ground or in a hot tent. No need to unpack and set up a camp every time you want to go outdoors either. Instead, book yourself a luxury tent in an incredible location, and pour yourself a glass of chilled Prosecco! It's the best of both worlds: camping and glamour.
What is glamping?
Glamping is a relatively new term that's quickly gaining popularity in the travel and tourism industry. It's short for "glamorous camping" and it's exactly what it sounds like — an elevated version of the traditional camping experience. It is like camping, except it's better. You get to experience the great outdoors without having to sleep on the hard, cold ground in your tent. Or having to set it up yourself. Or carrying your own battery pack to ensure your mobile doesn't die on you just when you need it the most (i.e., when you are sharing amazing Insta stories of your trip to Italy). Or having to light your own fire or cook your own food. Or having to walk to the nearest river for running water. Basically, this is camping for people who don't like to rough it and enjoy a few creature comforts, especially while on holiday.
If you've ever wanted to experience sleeping under the stars but were too afraid of bugs or creepy-crawlies, then glamping may be for you!
